Ginger, Lemon and Honey Tea

A mouthful, we know... but so are the soothing flavors and benefits of this expertly blended tea.

Ginger and lemon are key ingredients to aid in relieving nausea and heartburn, both of which are symptoms synonymous with the first trimester and general pregnancy. This addition is a wonderful pick-me-up for your immune system too, as pregnancy can often lower the immune system, leaving pregnant women extra susceptible to ailments like the flu and common colds.

Belly Butter
That beautiful growing belly deserves some love too, which is why we have included a deeply conditioning belly butter that is perfect for growing and glowing bellies. We have opted for a body butter that is gentle on the skin and is fragrance, paraben, and sulphate-free. A bonus is that this item is also safe to use on baby’s cradle cap or dry skin patches.

Glass Water Bottle
Did you know that during pregnancy, your blood volume increases and your body is replacing amniotic fluid every single day so initially getting in enough fluids is more important than getting in enough solids. Adequate and recommended fluid intake for pregnant women, including water in food, is at least 3 litres per day. Our branded glass bottle is not only stylish and practical, but is the perfect size to have with you when you’re resting at home or out on the go.
